Ždrelac

Ždrelac is located on island Pašman which is a part of the archipelago of Zadar. This small town was built around the church of Saint Luka. It is named after the small passage named Ždril. It belongs to the Zadar district. According to the population census in 2001. the village has only 245 inhabitants. It is connected with other towns with the ferry. Of great importance is the bridge which connects the islands Pašman and Ugljan in the nearby Kornati Archipelago. This small town is ideal for sailors, swimmers, and many of the fans of the various water sports. The most important economic sector is agriculture, viticulture, olive cultivation, fishing and tourism. It is located on the highway, and what particularly attracts are very long walks, driving on cycling paths with beautiful scenery. The church of St. Luka, Patron of the city must be highlighted.
