Sreser belongs to the municipality of Janjina in the Dubrovnik Neretva County. According to the census from 2001. the town had 196 residents who were placed in 85 households. It is believed that the 1900th year in this area lived 268 inhabitants. It is situated 30 kilometers away from Stone, and in the past has been known as a fishing village whose inhabitants were engaged in fishing and viticulture. Back in 1920th in Sreser was established mixed public school that was unfortunately closed in 1932nd year due to lack of children, but 40 years later in this small village has established a tourist company.
