Neviđane

Neviđane is the town and harbor on the north coast of the island Pasman. . The older part of the city is located 300 meters away from the sea. First reference to it dates in 1067. It is named after the Roman name Naevius but historians believe that it may also be named after the monastery of the holy Nevijana. Opinions differ, some historians believe, however, that the place received its name because of its location.
