Donja Krušica is located in Split and Dalmatia County , on the island of Solta . Island Solta has the status of the municipality , and is located between Split , Hvar , Brac and Drvenik. In 2001. this village did not have a single resident . Residents of Donje Selo are founders of Donja Krušica. They wanted this place to be their fishing port with which Donje Selo was connected by a road of a length of 1 kilometer . Settlement Donja Krušica is a village consisting of developed and undeveloped parts of the area . In the distant past, the residents were engaged in trade and tourism , and an important agricultural branch of Solta were olives growing and vineyards. The resort is situated on the north side of Solta . At this point there are no restaurants or shops in Donja Krušica. The beaches are mostly rocky with paved areas for potential swimmers. In Donja Krušica there is a small harbor which contains fishing boats . The sea is very clear. Donja Krušica is a very quiet place , ide...al for tourists who are looking for untouched nature and wildlife , and if you want to spend vacation without the noise this is the right place for you . With the pleasant scenery , mild climate , beautiful waves, clear , blue sea , the place is perfect for adventurers who want to be alone . Donja Krušica does not offer rich nightlife, but many discos , cafes and bars are located close on other islands and on the mainland. Not so long ago Maria apartments which were located on the north side of the island very close to the sea were popular. It should be noted that those apartments are located just 30 meters from the sea , and there is a parking space in the garage. Apartments are mostly for 4 people and offered for a very good price . Nearby are national parks Krka , Kornati and Mljet and Biokovo, and also many monuments and archaeological sites in Sibenik , Zadar, Dubrovnik and Split certainly will inspire new tourists .
