Lokva Rogoznica is a town located along the main road to Makarska9 kilometers from the town of Omis away. According to the census in 2001. s this beautiful place counted 392 inhabitants.In this quiet village main economy is tourism. In 1966th the locals began to move towards the sea, where they built houses on previously uninhabited areas , as stated , the reason for this was the construction of the highway. In the same year was passed the statute of Rogoznica. In the document it is stated that the seven noble families with their servants, who arrived in this quiet place in the 1230th.
