It is not far from the centre of Okrug Gornji and the main beach is within a few minutes’ walk. The apartment is ideal for large families or a group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together. The apartment features two balconies. One is furnished with a table and chairs and affords a view of the sea. An outdoor barbecue is available and three private parking spaces are provided in front of the house. The site is enclosed and suitable for families with children. Pets are also allowed. The owner offers a variety of trips that you can book on site.

The apartment provides 190m² of space for ten people. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bath/shower and a toilet. One bathroom also has a washing machine and a bidet. The first bedroom has two double beds, the second has a double bed and a supplementary bed, the third has another double bed. The double beds are 160cm and 180cm wide. Apart from a sofa bed, the living room has a flatscreen LCD TV, a DVD player and Internet access. The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with all modern appliances. There is an additional room for storing luggage. There are air conditioning units in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. There is no heating. On the upper floor of the house there is a communal leisure room, with a lovely view of the sea, where you can play table tennis, table football, pool or darts.
You can get to the town of Trogir four kilometres away either over the bridge or by boat. The town is heritage-protected by UNESCO and is a true treasure trove for culture enthusiasts. In summer there is also lots of fun and entertainment to be had. In the area around the beach there are bars and a wide range of sports and leisure activities, such as tennis, water sports, diving, paragliding or canoe safaris. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the main beach on the island. The nearest supermarket is 350 metres away. Split airport is just 9km away.
